Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of inbound and outbound logistics.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Arrange domestic and international shipments and manage customs documentation.
- Track shipments and proactively resolve any logistical issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics and supply chain activities.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in the supply chain.
- Monitor key logistics performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and trade compliance.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Assist in forecasting demand and planning supply chain activities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of supply chain strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination.
- Proven experience in managing domestic and international shipments.
- Familiarity with supply chain software and systems (e.g., WMS, TMS).
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Knowledge of customs regulations and trade compliance is a plus.
