B2B LOGISTICS SALES EXECUTIVE
Join PT Fajar Mulia Transindo and be part of a company with one of the best cold storage warehouses in East Java. In this full-time role based in Gresik, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with business customers and driving sales of our comprehensive logistics solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new B2B business opportunities, leveraging our superior cold storage and logistics capabilities.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts by understanding their needs and offering tailored logistics services.
- Collaborate with our operations and customer service teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and strategic action plans to meet and exceed targets.
What We're Looking For
- 2 years or more of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the logistics, cold storage, or FMCG industries.
- Must have an active SIM-A driving license.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and strong customer relationships.
- Graphic design skills are a plus.
- Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).

Responsible for executing sales activities and preparing reports on sales visits as well as sales target achievements. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and handle accounts receivable billing. Develop business growth by maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers.
