- This person will be responsible for implementation of maintenance work planning & scheduling as well as leading the maintenance activities for work cell production lines. Implement continuous improvement and preventing any unplanned stoppages due to breakdown using IWS methodology to support achieving factory Compelling Business Needs (CBN).
As the Maintenance Lead, you are responsible for
- Ownership of line daily management systems (DMSs), including breakdown elimination (BDE), and maintenance planning and scheduling (MP&S).
- Encouraged to develop the operating teams on technical troubleshooting and technical mastery.
- Problem solving on the line, including taking on the role of the line expert for in-Depth Analysis (IDA).
- Developing and updating annual maintenance plan and calendar.
- Ensuring the revision and updating "maintenance technical documentation" required.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor degree diploma in engineering.
- 3+ years work experience in manufacturing, including 2+ years in process engineer, experienced mechanic, electronic or specialist.
- English - fluent (Management experience in a technical/industrial environment).
- Experience with continuous improvement programs (KAIZEN, TPM).
- Analytically minded and able to interpret and analyze data.
- Demonstrated abilities in influencing people, guide, coach and develop others through on-shop-floor interaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
