As a Maintenance & Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and availability of production machinery in our chemical manufacturing plant. This role focuses on preventive and predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement to minimize downtime and optimize maintenance costs. You will also play a key role in implementing reliability strategies and supporting plant expansion projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance plans for production equipment (e.g., filling machines, pumps, electromotors) to prevent downtime.
• Apply predictive maintenance techniques (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis) to identify potential equipment failures in advance.
• Prepare and update BoM/BoQ (Bill of Materials/Quantities) for spare parts to support maintenance activities and expansion tenders.
• Operate and maintain CMMS/ERP systems (Odoo, SAP PM, Maximo) for recording, tracking, and analyzing maintenance data.
• Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to solve recurring equipment issues.
• Monitor and analyze reliability KPIs such as MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair).
• Lead or participate in cost optimization and energy efficiency projects (e.g., replacing pumps with energy-saving models, standardizing spare parts, redesigning maintenance strategies).
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure equipment reliability and spare parts availability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance & reliability engineering within a manufacturing plant (preferably chemical, grease, or lubricant industry).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in maintenance improvement projects.
• Familiar with safety standards (OSHA/ISO and reliability best practices in the chemical industry.

We are looking for a Preventive Maintenance (PM) Checker to join our In-Building Coverage (IBC) Project team. The PM Checker is responsible for verifying and ensuring that all preventive maintenance activities on IBC sites are executed properly, documented accurately, and in line with company standards and client requirements. This role plays a vital part in maintaining network reliability, site readiness, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate preventive maintenance activities carried out by contractors or field teams on IBC sites
• Ensure site inspections, checklists, and reports are completed accurately and on time
• Verify site conditions, system alarms, equipment logs, and performance records
• Ensure compliance with PM schedules, procedures, and health & safety standards
• Identify, document, and escalate any issues, irregularities, or non-compliance findings
• Coordinate with the O&M, NOC, and engineering teams to address corrective actions
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of preventive maintenance activities

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telco projects, preferably IBC or fiber optic projects
• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance procedures in telecom environments
• Familiar with site equipment, alarms, and network monitoring systems
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
• Willingness to travel to sites as required

We are looking for an Equipment / Maintenance Engineer  who will be responsible for developing and executing maintenance strategies, conducting equipment diagnostics, performing root cause analysis, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to minimize equipment downtime and optimize equipment availability.

• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with project management practices and the ability to lead project teams.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Familiar with equipment optimization practices.
• Trained Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus.
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
