Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Specialist located in Batam City. The Maintenance Specialist will perform day-to-day tasks related to equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, general maintenance & repair, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities include ensuring the proper functioning of all equipment, conducting routine inspections, diagnosing issues, and implementing effective repair solutions. - Provide training and mentoring to junior engineers or technicians.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

- 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering or maintenance in an industrial, utility, or construction setting.
