Your Main Objective
ATI Business Group is seeking a Workforce Management (WFM) Analyst to drive operational efficiency through forecasting, scheduling, and data analysis. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our operations through actionable insights, manpower planning, and accurate reporting.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Prepare forecasts for service levels, handling times, and manpower requirements.
- Create and maintain hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly forecasts, including agent rosters.
- Conduct audits and identify anomalies in individual agents' performance.
- Analyze historical data and provide reports on performance trends.
- Develop and maintain operational reports with 100% accuracy.
- Provide recommendations and implement improvements in workforce planning and reporting.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure SLA compliance and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in WFM, data analysis, or workforce planning (Must Have).
- Proven Microsoft Excel skills (non-negotiable).
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good reporting and communication skills in both Bahasa and English (minimum CEFR B2 level).
- Willing to work from office (WFO) 100% in BSD, South Tangerang (Must Have).
- Willing to work on a permanent night shift (Must Have).
- Indonesian Citizens only.
