Our client, a professional consulting firm is seeking to expand their footprint in Indonesia and is seeking for a Management Consulting (Principal/Senior Principal) with current or previous TMT experience.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen the practice by deepening expertise, broadening market routes, and leveraging senior relationships.
• Build account strategies for sustainable, long-term profitability and position the firm as a trusted partner.
• Drive business development through strong pitching and converting initial diagnostic projects into implementation.
• Lead integration and transformation projects following mergers or acquisitions.
• Manage teams across multiple workstreams to deliver large-scale change programs.
• Use rapid diagnostics and insights to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Design and execute operating plans that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
• Deliver quick wins that free up cash to fund longer-term transformation goals.
• Solve complex operational challenges across supply chain, logistics, procurement, and manufacturing.
• Ensure value creation is achieved swiftly by translating recommendations into tangible results.

Requirements

• Proven record of converting business leads into sustainable and profitable revenue streams. (Min 10 years of experience)
• Experience managing projects in top-tier consultancies or Big 4 firms.
• Strong TMT background
• Experienced in leading major transformation programs with measurable business impact.
• Effective communicator and stakeholder manager, able to influence at senior leadership and Board level.
• Flexible to travel internationally, with business-level fluency in English

• Assist Project Manager to solve problem related to projects implementation
• Implement programs using agreed method in some project
• Monitor the progress of project and report regularly to Project Manager
