Key responsibilities include conducting readiness assessments, developing communication plans, creating training programs, and measuring the impact of change initiatives. You will leverage best practices and innovative approaches to support clients in navigating complex organizational shifts, such as mergers, acquisitions, system implementations, or strategic realignments. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills to understand organizational dynamics, exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels, and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale change programs. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
  • Assess organizational readiness for change and identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Design and deliver effective communication and stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Create and facilitate training programs to support the adoption of new initiatives.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of change management interventions.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to leadership teams on managing organizational change.
  • Conduct impact analyses to understand the effects of change on employees and processes.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in change management consulting or leading large-scale change initiatives within organizations.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing comprehensive change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Strong understanding of organizational behavior, human dynamics, and resistance management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build credibility with senior leadership.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in change management tools and methodologies.
