Objectives of the Position:

• Ensure Indonesia contract manufacturers to have the license to operate to manufacture BASF's products by having the standards in place on Quality and EHS performance, manufacturing operations excellence, production capacity, and cost effectiveness.
• Responsible for business relationship management and contract management with contract manufacturers in Indonesia.

Main Responsibilities and Key Activities:

FFP Contract Manufacturing Strategy

• Execution and implementation of Indonesia contract manufacturing strategy based upon APA contract manufacturing strategy.
• Responsible to review existing contract manufacturing landscape and evaluate potential new contract manufacturers within Indonesia as part of Indonesia contract manufacturing strategy.
• Support Indonesia Contract manufacturers on FFP (Formulation Filling Packing) technology as required.
• Lead the implementation of FFP (Formulation Filling Packing) technology transfer from BASF to the respectiveIndonesia contract manufacturers.
• Lead, coordinate and implement Indonesia product relocation and packaging sourcing/standardization as part of contract manufacturing consolidation strategy.

Contract Management

• Lead the contract negotiation and renewal with Indonesia contract manufacturers.
• Ensure BASF standards are incorporated into contract manufacturing process within Indonesian contractmanufacturers.
• Coordinate and align delegated procurement activities related to contract manufacturing within Indonesia.
• Carry out regular visits to contract manufacturers as part of relationship management.

Performance Management

• Monitor and manage contract manufacturer performance in Indonesia via KPIs, benchmarks, audits, and defined parameters.
• Coordinate the enhancement of KPIs and target values within Indonesia in close coordination with relevant stakeholders (e.g.: marketing, business planning, SCM etc).
• Identify/Analyze cost drivers within Indonesia contract manufacturing processes and initiate plus implementation of cost savings measures for contract manufacturing, formulants and packaging.
• Identify and implement operational excellence initiative within Indonesia contract manufacturers to drive cost of supply and continuous improvement initiatives at Indonesia contract manufacturers' sites.

Responsible Care (EHS) and Quality Assurance- Contamination Prevention (QA-CPS)

• Ensure sustainable implementation of action items from EHS/RC & QA-CPS audit results.
• Support audit team as required during RC and QA-CPS audits.
• Carry out regular visits to contract manufacturers to assess compliance against BASF's standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or relevant technical degrees.
• More than 8 years of relevant experience in chemical or related industries in production, engineering, supplierrelationship management, and / or project management.
• Good understanding of chemical formulation processes, EHS and Quality management and relevant localregulations.
• Experience in management of risks associated to operations and formulations.
• Proficient and knowledgeable in contract manufacturing and plant operations management.
• Organization and strong personnel leadership skills.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal communication, analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities :

KPI Management :

• Analyze , Monitoring, Formulation and Optimization KPI target
• Organizational communication and coordination: Build a communication platform oriented toward base-level KPI management conten
• KPI management platform construction: Assist in system platform development and operation, coordinate the definition and mapping of KPI standard indicators to related systems, and implement KPI visual management
• Maximize data value: Promote KPI-based lean management to quantify and enhance the value of business data
• Formulate KPI management standards: Establish standard monitoring models, develop standardized KPI documentation, and expand best practices to ensure consistency across sites.

Cost Controller :

• Responsible for budgeting and planning: Decompose costs down to BY consulting cost targets
• Identify cost management elements and indicators: Clarify cost structure elements, monitor process indicators and manage historical investment costs
• Cost improvement plans for each base and department: Promote site-specific and period-specific improvements; collaborate with group-level departments for benchmarking and sharing of excellent project practices
• Standardize cost management documentation: Prepare SOPs/system permissions and operation guidelines for streamlined implementation
• Strengthen and optimize the P&L management system and e-P&L platform: Build an intelligent platform (for automatic variance analysis, early warning, and control)
• Standardize cost management processes and systems.

Accounting :

• Work order maintenance, check project BOM and work order BOM, issue work order and close work order
• Monitoring the accounting treatment of production line
• Overdue material monitoring, sluggish raw material monitoring and overdue work order monitoring in the factory
• Organize regular inventory of materials in the factory to ensure that the accounts are consistent with the facts
• Patrol, go to the production line from time to time to inspect the accounting problems and publish them in the form of mail, and urge the production line to solve the accounting problem

Requirements :

• Bachelo's degree or above, preferably in finance majors.
• Proficient in using Office software; familiarity with Fine BI and Python tools is preferred.
• Leadership and team management experience are favored.
• Strong logical thinking ability, data analysis skills, presentation skills, communication skills, organizational coordination, a strong sense of responsibility and serious work attitude.
• 5+ years cost working experience in large-scale manufacturing industry, preferably familiar with MES and ERP system.
• Mandarin is a MUST. Proficient in both mandarin and English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning and waste management team.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and routines to ensure all areas are maintained to exceptional standards.
• Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and the proper use of equipment and chemicals.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any sanitation issues or areas requiring attention.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely reordering.
• Oversee the proper collection, segregation, and disposal of all types of waste generated by the facility, in compliance with local regulations.
• Implement and enforce strict health and safety guidelines for all cleaning and waste handling activities.
• Respond promptly to cleaning emergencies and spills, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks.
• Maintain records related to cleaning activities, waste disposal, and team performance.
• Liaise with other departments to coordinate cleaning services and address specific needs.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, motivating the team to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working order and report any maintenance issues.
• Act as a point of contact for any external waste management contractors.

• Proven experience in industrial cleaning, sanitation, or facilities management.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is essential.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices for various industrial settings.
• Understanding of waste management principles and local environmental regulations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and motivate a team effectively.
• Commitment to upholding high standards of safety and hygiene.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications for record-keeping.
• Physical stamina to oversee operations on the ground in Bekasi, West Java, ID .
