The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), data segmentation, lead scoring, and A/B testing methodologies. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment with business goals and campaign objectives. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into efficient and effective automated processes. You will be instrumental in personalizing customer experiences at scale, contributing directly to the growth and success of our client's business. Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain complex marketing automation workflows and campaigns (e.g., welcome series, lead nurturing, re-engagement).
  • Develop and implement segmentation strategies based on customer data to deliver targeted and personalized content.
  • Set up and manage lead scoring models to identify and prioritize high-quality leads for the sales team.
  • Configure and manage A/B tests for email campaigns, landing pages, and automation workflows to optimize performance.
  • Integrate marketing automation platforms with other relevant systems (e.g., CRM, website analytics).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure compelling and on-brand assets are utilized within automation flows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to marketing automation platform functionality and campaign execution.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing automation and digital marketing.
  • Ensure data hygiene and compliance with relevant privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience working with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM compliance.
  • Experience with segmentation, personalization, and lead scoring strategies.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
