to own the marketing strategy and execution for our key business categories. You will be a
pivotal leader responsible for building strong brand association, driving category growth, and

You will lead a talented team and work at the intersection of brand strategy, business

What You'll Do:

  • End-to-End Category Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive,
    data-driven marketing strategies for priority categories to achieve business
    objectives, from building awareness and consideration to driving conversion and

  • Integrated Campaign Management: Orchestrate and lead 360-degree marketing
    campaigns. Define the core message, identify the target audience and customer

    • Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), track
    campaign performance rigorously, and deliver regular reports to senior leadership,
    translating data into actionable insights for future initiatives

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a marketing role,
    with a mandatory background in the e-commerce, or similar industries.

  • A strong understanding of the full marketing funnel
    and a variety of marketing disciplines (e.g., Brand Strategy, Performance Marketing,
    CRM, Content Marketing, Social Media).
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, translate
    business goals into marketing plans, and make data-informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation,
    and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively

  • Prior experience managing a team or leading complex,
