Report to the Merchandise Manager, you'll work closely with our creative and merchandising teams to craft campaign narratives that mix esports culture with fashion. You'll also manage our social media presence for Team Liquid ID merchandise, keeping fans engaged through a consistent posting rhythm, fresh content, and creative activations that bring our community closer as one.

Job Purpose
The Marketing & Performance Specialist will drive the growth of Team Liquid SEA's merchandise business through integrated performance marketing, creative branding initiatives, and data-informed choices. This role manages paid advertising across key platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia, Meta, Google), oversees creative campaigns for product launches, and strengthens community engagement through social media content and performance insights.
What You'll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Meta, and Google Ads.
- Manage advertising budgets and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS ≥ 3.0)
- Coordinate creative production for launches (photoshoots, videos, visual content).
- Ensure high-quality asset delivery for every collection drop.
- Develop campaign narratives blending esports culture with youth fashion.
- Drive fan engagement through consistent posting cadence and creative activations.
- Manage social media accounts for Team Liquid ID merchandise.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule (minimum 3x per week)
- Build dashboards (Looker Studio) to consolidate ad, sales, and engagement data.
- Deliver monthly reports on ad spend and conversion performance.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields
- 2–3 years' experience in performance or digital marketing, preferably in fashion/e-commerce
- Proven track record managing ads in Shopee Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Tokopedia Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for campaign tracking and budget evaluation
