Job Responsibilities:
- Independently lead and manage product/marketing projects, develop a complete integrated marketing plan based on the annual product roadmap.
- Be responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing plans, including but not limited to: marketing roadmap, communication strategy, action plans, event communications, etc.
- Discover product key selling points and refine them to resonate with user buying points. Improve product perception through attractive copywriting, product marketing analysis, and cross-over collaboration.
- Integrate resources, promote project completion, be accountable for results and quality, achieve marketing KPIs.
- Maintain a high level of enthusiasm for marketing and stay highly sensitive to Indonesian Marketing Trends. Continuously research excellent marketing strategies, summarize and refine them, deliver insightful thoughts to optimize and upgrade existing strategies.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of relevant work experience in marketing planning in the mobile phone industry, smart hardware industry, or Internet marketing industry.
- Possess strong marketing planning and creative capabilities, as well as integrated communication skills. Ability to independently produce marketing plans, and experience in independently planning large-scale integrated marketing projects is preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in project overall management and execution, communication and coordination, teamwork, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to withstand pressure.
- Strong expression skills and smooth cross-department communication skills for collaboration.
- English proficiency is required as the working language.
