Qualifications:

  • Have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and brand management experiences in FMCG / Personal Care / Beauty Industries

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor market trends and do competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Manage brand budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Conduct consumer research to support brand positioning and messaging strategies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development, to drive brand initiatives.
  • Oversee advertising and promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives.
  • Analyze campaign and brand performance metrics, and refine strategies as needed.
  • Develop and optimize marketing campaigns, including product launches and promotions.
