What You'll Do:

• Lead the development of creative concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, and content across platforms.

What We're Looking For:

• 3–5+ years of experience in a creative or brand role, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership position.
• Proven experience working with

  , with a portfolio that demonstrates consumer-focused creative excellence.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative vision, storytelling, and execution across digital, print, and in-store experiences.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and a solid understanding of content production workflows.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to both inspire and be inspired.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, publish & manage engaging content (IG, FB, TikTok).

• Handle content calendar & maintain consistent posting.

• Collaborate with design and creative teams to develop high-quality visuals and multimedia content.

• Monitor social media, respond & engage with community.

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, events & influencer collaborations.

• Track & analyze social media and campaign performance, provide insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing (minimum 2 years preferred).

• Strong copywriting skills in English and Indonesia - Proficient in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
