Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Sebagai Business Development Marketing Manager – Training Institute, Anda akan bertanggung jawab membangun bisnis institute, mengelola strategi pengembangan bisnis sekaligus mengawasi seluruh operasional Institute. Anda akan memimpin tim dalam merancang strategi promosi dan operasional Institute.
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:
1. Property & Facility Management
- Memastikan kenyamanan, kerapian, dan kesiapan ruang kelas, fasilitas belajar, serta area umum.
- Mengelola kebutuhan harian operasional (logistik, perawatan fasilitas, tata ruang).
2. Marketing & Business Development
- Menyusun dan menjalankan strategi promosi lembaga untuk menarik peserta kursus baru.
- Membangun kemitraan dengan institusi eksternal, komunitas, dan media sosial untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar.
- Mengelola konten promosi (dengan tim atau vendor), event terbuka, dan program referral.
3. Manajerial & Administratif
- Mengelola tim harian termasuk staf administrasi dan pendukung operasional.
- Menyusun jadwal kelas, mengoordinasikan pengajar, dan memastikan kelancaran operasional harian.
- Memonitor kinerja operasional dan membuat laporan berkala.
4. Relasi & Komunikasi
- Menjadi penghubung aktif antara pengajar, peserta, dan manajemen.
- Membangun suasana yang profesional, hangat, dan mendukung.
- Bertanggung jawab atas komunikasi briefing kepada pengajar sebelum kelas dimulai.
Kualifikasi yang Dibutuhkan:
- Usia 30–40 tahun.
- Berpenampilan menarik, percaya diri, dan ramah.
- Wajib Memiliki latar belakang/pengetahuan bidang property management atau property building
- Memiliki pengalaman manajerial atau pernah memimpin proyek (tidak harus di dunia pendidikan).
- Komunikatif, supel, dan luwes saat berinteraksi dengan berbagai pihak (pengajar, peserta, rekan kerja).
- Mampu bekerja terorganisir, mendengarkan dengan baik, dan tidak defensif atau ngeyel saat menerima masukan.
- Berpengalaman di bidang marketing dan/atau pengembangan bisnis menjadi nilai utama.
- Pengalaman di dunia kursus/pelatihan/edukasi adalah nilai tambah, tapi tidak wajib.
- Mampu menyampaikan briefing atau menyambut pengajar secara profesional.
- Terbiasa mengelola sistem dan laporan sederhana (Excel, Google Docs, dll).
