Job duties

1. Responsible for general equipment repairs and equipment maintenance during holidays, archive maintenance records
2. Quickly handle equipment problems that arise on the production site, ensuring that production plans can be completed with quality and quantity.
3. Conduct safety inspections, guide, supervise, and audit daily checks to ensure normal operation and safety of the equipment.
4. Provide training, guidance, and supervision to equipment operators to ensure that personnel operate in accordance with regulations.
5. Assist ME engineers in completing equipment technological modifications

Requirements

1. Bachelor, diploma or related in Engineering or Mechanical, with 3–5 years of experience in debugging and maintenance of non-standard automation equipment.
2. Familiar to do preventive and troubleshooting in common electrical components, including PLCs, CNC, servos, inverters, fiber optics, vision systems, three-phase variable frequency motors, and various types of sensors.
3. Proficient in the use of common mechanical parts, with comprehensive knowledge of mechanical components such as modules, robotic arms, cams, gear transmission systems, high-speed cutting devices, bearings, lead screws, and reducers.
4. Able to communicate English for daily working
5. Willing to do overtime and shift

Mechanical Technician will be placed in our 4th plant, PT. Genesis Technology Indonesia in Malang

Responsibilities :

1. Perform scheduled equipment inspections as required, and complete inspection records.
2. Assembly and debugging of production of automated equipment
3. Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
4. Conduct daily, secondary, and tertiary maintenance of tools, fixtures, and equipment, and document maintenance records.
5. Record equipment efficiency data (e.g., OEE – Overall Equipment Effectiveness, uptime/downtime).
6. Assist in failure analysis data collection and support technicians in team management tasks.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.
2. Preferred have experience in Production Equipment Maintenance for Manufacture Industry.
3. Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills and execution ability.
4. Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (able to use written English in daily work).

Job Description

1. To implement the planned mechanical maintenance system for any packaging equipment with the aid of computerized preventive maintenance system.
2. To do fabrication, pipefitting works and welding repairs on any Packaging equipment.
3. To give assistance in mechanical repairs of equipment or machineries whenever necessary.
4. To do mechanical maintenance on all packaging equipment together, time based maintenance, condition based maintenance with operator, including lubrication, tightening, cleaning and Encode accomplished maintenance activities in the computerized equipment maintenance system.
5. To do monitoring and inspection of all Packaging equipment during production, and together with the operator will do simultaneously adjustment if there is found abnormalities, in order to achieved the plan efficiency and output.
6. To record the monitoring and inspection result, for further maintenance execution.
7. To do proper and regular housekeeping including repainting according to 5S standards on the Tool room, Machine Shop, Lube Area, Spares Storage Areas, or as assigned by the supervisor.
8. To do machining and fabrication job as needed inside the brewery or when assigned by the supervisor.
9. To do reconditioning of spare parts and equipment including proper storage and safekeeping.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum D3 of Mechanic - Electric
• Minimum 3 years experience in mechanics
• Must be able weld to operate welding machine and be certified (minimum SMAW, GTAW)
• Must be understood mechanical engineering and minimum knowledge alectric
• Must be able to do technical drawing and well understanding drawing machine
• Must be able to work with a team (company and synergy)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Receive and execute daily WO according to work instructions
• Prepare tools, materials, and PPE for assigned work and ensure materials/parts meet the requirements list before installation
• Conduct routine inspections for corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, and other abnormal conditions
• Complete WO forms, PM checklists, and simple work report results
• Inputting data into CMMS (job status, work hours, part usage)
• Implement the maintenance work and practices follow the technical information such as technical drawings, manufacturer's data, operating and maintenance procedure
• Execute unit outages scope for major and critical equipment inspections, repairs, and cleaning

General Requirements:

• University graduate in Engineering degree (Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering disciplines)
• Min. 3 years' experience as Maintenance Personnel an preferably have had experience within the Power Generation
• Knowledgeable with Preventive & Corrective Maintenance principle
• Safety Oriented and Knowledgeable of Safe System Work, SMK3
• Knowledgeable of general design and process of thermal power plant
• Familiar with trouble shootings technique
• Fluently in English both verbal and writing
• Located in Paiton, Probolinggo
