1. Tujuan Jabatan
Mengelola, merencanakan, dan mengeksekusi strategi media sosial untuk meningkatkan brand awareness, engagement, leads, dan penjualan melalui platform digital yang relevan (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, dan lainnya).
Posisi ini juga bertanggung jawab untuk menganalisis tren, menciptakan konten yang efektif, serta mengoptimalkan kampanye digital untuk brand di bawah naungan PT POYZ GROUP KEMILANG.
2. Tanggung Jawab Utama
- Menyusun strategi media sosial yang selaras dengan tujuan bisnis perusahaan.
- Membuat rencana konten bulanan (content plan & calendar) untuk brand Fashion (Lovva & Zelovva) dan Vape (Smopi).
- Meningkatkan engagement rate, follower organik, dan konversi penjualan melalui konten kreatif dan iklan digital.
- Melakukan analisis tren, riset kompetitor, dan menemukan peluang baru untuk pertumbuhan sosial media.
- Bekerja sama dengan tim desain, videografer, dan marketing dalam pembuatan konten visual dan video.
- Mengelola budget iklan dan memaksimalkan ROI dari campaign berbayar.
- Menyusun laporan performa media sosial secara rutin (mingguan & bulanan).
- Mengelola kolaborasi dengan KOL/influencer untuk kampanye brand awareness dan penjualan.
- Memastikan brand voice dan visual branding konsisten di semua platform.
- Memberikan ide kampanye kreatif yang relevan dengan tren dan target audiens.
Hard Skill:
- Mampu mengelola platform Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, dan YouTube.
- Menguasai iklan digital (Meta Ads & TikTok Ads).
- Memahami analisis data sosial media & tools seperti Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, dll.
