**Main Responsibilities**
+ Works closely with the Strategic Account Leader and plays a strategic role in managing high impact sales opportunities specific to Medical Segment
+ Maintains key relationships with clients, and leads the execution of critical sales processes
+ Achieve sales and profit target of BD products on assigned area.
+ Work together with distributors' team on assigned area to provide monthly salesforecast in order to provide sufficient stock of BD products.
+ Create demand for new products to enter the market.
+ Carry out market survey and gather important information on our products and competitors'.
+ Conduct in-service trainings to prospective, new and existing customers, as well as product knowledge trainings to distributor's/sub-distributors' sales forces.
**Job Requirements**
+ The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor Degree in any science field, nursing background preferred
+ 2 - 5 years of sales & marketing experience from Med Tech or healthcare industries preferred.
+ Prior experience and knowledge in nursing is highly preferred.
+ Familiar with the Jabodetabek area, especially for private hospitals.
+ The role will be based in Jabodetabek area.
