B. Vendor & Marketplace Management
• Manage relationships with suppliers of medical devices, implants, and general operational goods
• Track supplier performance (timeliness, service, compliance) and escalate any gaps
• Maintain and update vendor database and sourcing references
C. Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure all procurement activities meet SOPs, quality, and healthcare standards
