JOBDESC:
- Conduct routine DNA marker testing, from sample scheduling to reporting results to users.
- Maintain chemical stock solutions and laboratory equipment to ensure smooth DNA testing operations.
- Optimize existing protocols and develop new platforms/approaches to improve and scale up DNA testing capabilities.
- Supervise and develop the competencies of routine laboratory team members.
- Implement lean processes and LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) in daily laboratory activities
REQUIREMENT:
- Minimum master's degree in Plant Science, Biology, Genetics, Plant Breeding, or related field with a specialization in Molecular Biology
- Officer: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (relevant laboratory experience is an advantage).
- Senior Officer: At least 5 years of relevant molecular genetics laboratory experience (including in medical or healthcare industries) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Molecular Biology, with hands-on experience in laboratory equipment, including liquid handling systems and automation machines
- Demonstrated leadership, with excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and accurate, able to work effectively under tight deadlines, both independently and in a team
- Willing to be based in Purwakarta, West Java.
