We are looking for an experienced Radio Network Design Engineer to join our team, with strong expertise in RF Planning & Design for multi-technology networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform RF planning and network design (HLD & DLD) for 2G/3G/LTE/VoLTE/IoT and 5G.
Conduct link budget, CDD/CDR, topology design, and site selection support.
Review and update network design documents, providing improvements and technical guidelines.
Manage network trials and performance data to identify coverage, capacity, and interference issues.
Provide technical support in customer discussions related to RF planning & design.
Analyze field survey/site investigation reports and external interference.
Collaborate on implementation issues related to radio network planning and design.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field.
4+ years' experience in radio planning & design (2G/3G/LTE/VoLTE/IoT/5G).
Strong knowledge of Ericsson products & site configuration, including BOQ preparation.
Expertise in RF propagation, link budgets, parameters & timers for 2G/3G/LTE/5G.
Proficient with tools: MapInfo/GIS, TEMS, Actix, BO, EDOS, MS Excel/Access.
Good knowledge of neighbor relations, parameter analysis, and interference management.
Strong communication skills and ability to support customer discussions & presentations.
