You will be responsible for both planning and execution stages, from well design and drilling program development to real-time monitoring and post-operation reviews. This position demands strong technical expertise, on-site leadership, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and contractors to ensure excellence in every phase of drilling operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of drilling operations in line with approved programs and safety standards.
• Develop and review well designs, drilling programs, and contracting strategies.
• Monitor drilling parameters in real-time and provide technical troubleshooting support to rig-site teams.
• Coordinate and supervise service contractors (mud logging, cementing, directional drilling, etc.) to ensure operational efficiency.
