Ringkasan Pekerjaan

Technical Support bertanggung jawab menangani dan menyelesaikan kendala terkait data yang dilaporkan pengguna melalui sistem ticketing. Peran ini mencakup analisis, identifikasi, serta perbaikan data yang tidak valid atau bermasalah, sekaligus memberikan dukungan teknis kepada pengguna. Technical Support juga memastikan setiap laporan diselesaikan tepat waktu sesuai SLA (Service Level Agreement) serta mendokumentasikan proses penyelesaian secara jelas dan terstruktur.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

  • Menerima, memproses, dan memantau laporan kendala data melalui sistem ticketing.
  • Menganalisis masalah data untuk menemukan penyebab utama (root cause).
  • Melakukan perbaikan data sesuai prosedur dan memastikan hasilnya akurat serta konsisten.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal terkait untuk penyelesaian kasus yang kompleks.
  • Memberikan informasi yang jelas dan tepat kepada pengguna terkait status penanganan laporan.
  • Menyusun dokumentasi lengkap mengenai setiap kendala, langkah troubleshooting, dan solusi yang diberikan.
  • Mengidentifikasi serta melaporkan permasalahan berulang untuk ditindaklanjuti lebih lanjut.
  • Menjamin seluruh laporan diselesaikan sesuai standar SLA.

Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan minimal S1, diutamakan dari jurusan Teknologi Informasi, Sistem Informasi, atau bidang terkait.
  • Menguasai SQL dan berpengalaman menggunakan tools seperti DBeaver.
  • Terampil berkomunikasi, baik secara lisan maupun tulisan.
  • Teliti, rapi, dan mampu bekerja dengan data dalam jumlah besar maupun kompleks.
  • Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan serta mengelola banyak laporan/ticket secara bersamaan.
  • Familiar dengan sistem manajemen basis data (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Memiliki pengalaman dalam lingkungan kerja Agile/Scrum menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar dengan motivasi belajar tinggi dan kesiapan untuk diarahkan.
  • Memiliki kemampuan analisis dan pemecahan masalah yang baik.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in West Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

Proficient in mainstream OLT configuration commands, including ZTE and HUAWEI VSOL OLTs.

Proficient in basic network communication protocols, including IPOE, PPPOE, and BRIDGE.

Familiar with ODN passive network products, optical fiber, optical splitters, PLCs, and related products.

Handle customer complaints promptly via WhatsApp or email.

Organize and conduct product launches or product meetings.

Travel and cooperate with the sales team to present product features.

Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with customers.

Prepare weekly reports and submit them regularly to the Technical Lead.

Qualifications:

Male or Female, 25–35 years old.

Minimum S1/Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Management, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Support.

Experience with telecommunications companies or ISPs preferred.

Familiarity with FO and FTTH products.

Detail-oriented, goal-oriented, and focused on quality and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and adapt to field work.

Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

Must hold a valid driver's license for both A and C categories.
