Job Responsibilities:

1. Regional Store Operations Coordination: Responsible for managing store operations (including directly operated and authorized stores) within the assigned region, formulating sales plans, driving achievement of sales targets, and increasing market share in the region.
2. Daily Store Operations Management: Ensure implementation and evaluation of standard operating procedures for daily store operations, follow up on marketing activities and ensure effective execution to enhance brand image.
3. Regional Business Communication: Maintain close communication with the national New Retail platform to jointly promote regional business development, while building strong partnerships with local collaborators (authorized store partners, suppliers, etc.).
4. Store Planning and Expansion in the Region: Responsible for planning the store system and developing new stores within the region, and collaborating to achieve regional expansion goals.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail industry, with at least 3 years in regional management. Experience in the consumer electronics industry is preferred.
• Familiar with international retail operation models, with proven success in regional business development and management.
• Proficiency in English for business communication

2. Create and maintain accurate product listings on each platform, including descriptions, images, and keywords tailored to each platform's guidelines.
3. Set and adjust pricing across platforms, factoring in each platform's fees, competitor pricing, and demand. Schedule and monitor promotions to drive sales on each platform.
4. Track inventory levels across platforms to avoid stockouts or overselling. Also to update product descriptions, images, and promotions across platforms to keep listings fresh and relevant.
5. Optimize product titles, descriptions, and tags according to each platform's algorithms to improve search visibility.
6. Run paid ad campaigns to drive targeted traffic to listings.
7. Coordinate with each platform to participate in promotional events to maximize visibility.
8. Monitor key metrics (traffic, conversion rate, customer acquisition) for each platform individually and in aggregate and generate regular reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor degree with minimum of 2 years working experience managing e-commerce
• Skills & knowledge in e-commerce management from operations, ads and product-inventory management
• Excellent skills in office softwares such as word, excel, and powerpoint. Proficiency in using google workspace software is a major plus point (google docs, sheets, slides and drive)
• Good understanding of processing data into visualization for reporting purposes
• Visionary and able to think in a big picture
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
