This role is ideal for professionals with a background in banking, especially those with experience in BPR (Bank Perkreditan Rakyat). Candidates without prior banking experience may not meet the requirements for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Development & Implementation
- Identify and develop new product or program opportunities based on existing offerings, market trends, and community needs.
- Structure and refine product/program concepts for smooth operational execution.
- Conduct internal socialization and oversee implementation to ensure proper execution and achievement of targets.
Operational Performance Monitoring & Support
- Monitor daily and monthly business performance based on reports from relevant units.
- Provide accurate data and insights to assess the effectiveness of products and programs.
- Support the business team in preparing, reviewing, and implementing operational procedures for lending and funding.
- Ensure all business processes comply with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
