·    Monitor bank accounts daily and manage relationships with banking partners.

·    Execute FX transactions for international payments and receipts, hedging the foreign currency exposure on purchase/sales orders, maintaining accurate records of contracts and settlements.

·    Track and review bank charges to ensure accuracy and cost efficiency.

·    Liaise with banks and internal teams to streamline processes, ensure smooth cash management, and handle documentation such as KYC, authorized signatory updates, approval matrix, and bank token issuance.

environment. You will play a vital role in developing banking products, analyzing performance, and driving business growth through strategic planning and compliance alignment.

This role is ideal for professionals with a background in banking, especially those with experience in BPR (Bank Perkreditan Rakyat). Candidates without prior banking experience may not meet the requirements for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development & Implementation

• Identify and develop new product or program opportunities based on existing offerings, market trends, and community needs.
• Structure and refine product/program concepts for smooth operational execution.
• Conduct internal socialization and oversee implementation to ensure proper execution and achievement of targets.

Operational Performance Monitoring & Support

• Monitor daily and monthly business performance based on reports from relevant units.
• Provide accurate data and insights to assess the effectiveness of products and programs.
• Support the business team in preparing, reviewing, and implementing operational procedures for lending and funding.
• Ensure all business processes comply with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Product Portfolio Evaluation & Management

• Conduct periodic evaluations of product and program performance, including financial analysis.
• Prepare profitability reports and manage product portfolio assessments to gauge effectiveness and business contributions.

Policy Review & Compliance

• Perform regular reviews of internal policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Business Strategy & External Relations

• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities to support company growth.
• Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

Reporting & Strategic Recommendations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of
  5 years of experience in a banking institution, with strong preference for experience in BPR (Bank Perkreditan Rakyat).
• Solid understanding of banking operations, compliance, and risk management.
• Proficient in data analysis and performance reporting.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work cross-functionally.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• BSMR certification is a plus.
