- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (Jurusan Ektro/Teknik, /Infromatika)

- Menguasai sistem perangkat lunak & jaringan

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:
- Melakukan pemeriksaan awal (commissioning) terhadap seluruh perangkat sebelum sistem beroperasi.
- Melakukan perawatan dan perbaikan rutin (maintenance & troubleshooting) terhadap perangkat parkir seperti barrier gate, ticket dispenser, loop detector, dan kamera.
- Melaksanakan preventive maintenance secara berkala sesuai jadwal yang ditentukan.
- Melakukan tagging asset dan pendataan perangkat sistem parkir (kode aset, serial number, lokasi, kondisi alat).
- Membuat laporan kerja dan dokumentasi teknis secara harian dan bulanan.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim IT, engineering, dan project dalam penanganan kendala alat.
- Menangani gangguan teknis di lapangan dengan cepat dan tepat sesuai SOP.
- Menjaga kebersihan, keamanan, dan kerapian area kerja serta peralatan teknis.

Proficient in mainstream OLT configuration commands, including ZTE and HUAWEI VSOL OLTs.
Proficient in basic network communication protocols, including IPOE, PPPOE, and BRIDGE.
Familiar with ODN passive network products, optical fiber, optical splitters, PLCs, and related products.
Handle customer complaints promptly via WhatsApp or email.
Organize and conduct product launches or product meetings.
Travel and cooperate with the sales team to present product features.
Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with customers.
Prepare weekly reports and submit them regularly to the Technical Lead.
Qualifications:
Male or Female, 25–35 years old.
Minimum S1/Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Management, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Support.
Experience with telecommunications companies or ISPs preferred.
Familiarity with FO and FTTH products.
Detail-oriented, goal-oriented, and focused on quality and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and adapt to field work.
