• Investigate and resolve long outstanding reconciliation items

Job Description:

• Collecting supporting documents along and check accuracy of Approval Matrix, and the accuracy of the journal before uploading.
• Input manual journals.
• Gather information, data, and accrual forms from related work units.
• Update and change (additional / reversal / reclassification) in related accounts.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and responsible journals related to changes and supporting documents.
• Prepare an analysis of fluctuations every month for certain accounts.
• Prepare reconciliation work papers for allocated accounts.
• Prepare analysis related to differences arising from the reconciliation process and process adjustments to the bank's book.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking from a reputable university
• Minimum 1 (one) year of experience working in a reputable bank or Big 4, preferably audit or banking industry
• Fast learner and ability to adapt
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Having the ability to analyze financial and accountancy report
• Understanding financial statement standards and regulations

Financial Planning and Analysis

11. Mengarsipkan dokumen transaksi secara rapi dan teratur.
12. Mendukung tim finance & accounting dalam audit internal maupun eksternal.

13. Kontrol & Kepatuhan

14. Memastikan transaksi sesuai dengan SOP dan kebijakan perusahaan.

As a Financial Accounting & Reporting (Accounting), you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity and reporting within our organisation. This full-time position is based in West Sumbawa West Nusa Tenggara.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably within the Accounting industry

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in the use of financial reporting software and tools

3. Ensure the journal entries for Non UL Investment are done properly (accurate accounts, cost center and amount), always referring to standard accounting principle and timely basis.
