Job Description:

• Responsible for health, safety, and environment (HSE) implementation and ensure people safety within assigned city(s)
• Lead and manage day to day overall operations including First Mile, Sorting Center, Middle Mile & Last Mile within the assigned province(s)
• Responsible for cost per parcel (CPP) within the assigned city(s)
• Ensure the Operations team follow the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) & Work Instructions (WI)
• Responsible to achieve target that aligned with company goals and objectives
• Responsible to coach & develop team members based on company standard Learning & Development guidelines

Requirements:

• Has a bachelor's degree from any major
• Has more than 5 years of experience in an express/logistics company, and manage some areas/regions
• Skilled in express/courier transport operation management (First Mile, Middle Mile, Sorting Center & Last Mile), project management, people management, and community management
• Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills (kaizen & lean skills will be an advantage)
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Lead by example (hands-on) leadership style who can show operation solutions on the floor
• Understand and have experience in operating Transport / Freight Management systems (TMS / FMS)
• Willing to be placed in Sulawesi and travel to other city/regions

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end aftersales service process including license handling, spare part purchasing, customer service, and stock management.
• Coordinate with dealers, and technicians to ensure high service quality and timely issue resolution.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and ensure availability.
• Handle escalations and support field teams in resolving technical and operational customer issues.
• Analyze service data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
• Assist in developing and implementing SOPs for aftersales workflows.
• Collaborate with factory team to ensure smooth aftersales process of motorbike unit.
• Monitor inventory including assets and units in factory and dealers.
• Ensure all aftersales processes comply with company SOPs.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any fields.
• Proficiency in English is a must.
• 2–4 years of experience in aftersales/service operations, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle industry.
• Proven experience in warehouse management & stock control.
• Understanding of EV systems (battery, motor, controller) and common diagnostics is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in data processing and Microsoft Excel / Google Spreadsheet.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Have a personal laptop.
• Willing to work from Monday to Saturday in Cilandak, South Jakarta.
