Job Description :

• Monitoring stock, order progress and delivery status.
• Overseeing and managing logistics progress including inventory control, shipping, and customer service.
• Helping business leaders understand and manage expectations, which helps improve relationships with suppliers, customers and employees
• Analyzing current company's operation procedures, creating necessary measures for improvement.
• Monitors volume of business and determines appropriate work schedule for warehouse team and drivers according to customer's orders.
• Sets productivity and establishes necessary controls to ensure objectives are met.
• Constantly monitors drivers and shipment process to create an efficient and error free culture.
• Complies with warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying of supplier's/customer's regulations and advising management on needed actions.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• Create daily report and outstanding delivery plan.
• Maintain customer relations.

Qualifications :

• Minimal Bachelor Degree (S1) all major, preferably Industrial Engineering, Management, Logistics/Supply Chain.
• Having minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse/logistic
• Responsible, good at problem solving, prioritization of work, and cross-function communication
• Adaptive and able to work under pressure
• Placement in Jakarta

Key Responsibilities:

• Must commit to attending weekly meetings during the preparation phase & present on the event day in October 2025.
• Must be responsive throughout the planning, execution, and post-event period
• Plan, coordinate, and execute all event logistics needs, including equipment, riders performances, meals, transportation, and supplies.
• Liaise with vendors, clients/booths, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Manage on-site logistics during the festival, including booth arrangements, signage, stage setup, and backstage requirements.
• Oversee inventory and storage of event materials before, during, and after the festival.
• Ensure cleaning, safety, and security protocols are followed throughout the event.
• Work closely with the Program and Sales Team to align logistics with the event schedule.
• Handle troubleshooting and last-minute changes with quick and effective solutions.
• Prepare post-event logistics reports, including asset tracking and vendor performance evaluation.

Qualifications:

• Strong network of vendors and suppliers in event production (preferred)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, during event periods

The Role

• Manage the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse.

• A driver's license (SIM A or B2) is preferred (for field supervision).

The Role
You Will Be Responsible For

• Planning all aspects of logistics operations including inbound/outbound logistics through sea, road and air, shipping and customs clearance, insurance related to company and logistics operations.
• Managing relationships with logistics service providers for transportation, customs clearance for both inbound and outbound operations.
• Coordinating with manufacturing divisions to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Liaising with Sales and Marketing to ensure that distribution readiness for new product lines.
• Managing 3rd-party logistics service provider relationships effectively and driving continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives for warehousing and delivery operations.

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 4 years experience ideally as a Transportation / Logistics within Transport & Logistics.
• You have working knowledge of Logistics Management, Supply Chain Coordination, Inventory Control, Transportation Planning and Warehouse Operations
