Sebagai
Medical Representative
, Anda akan mewakili Tentang Anak di berbagai channel medis (rumah sakit, klinik, dan apotek). Peran ini berfokus pada
membangun hubungan strategis
dengan dokter spesialis (Pediatrician, OB/GYN, Dermatologist), perawat, apoteker. Anda akan bertanggung jawab melakukan
product detailing, monitoring hospital listing, serta mendukung eksekusi program penjualan dan pemasaran
bersama tim distributor.
Tanggung Jawab Utama
- Melakukan
kunjungan rutin
ke rumah sakit, klinik, dan apotek sesuai target frekuensi kunjungan. - Menjalin hubungan baik dengan dokter spesialis (Pediatrician, OB/GYN, Dermatologist), perawat, apoteker, dan stakeholder rumah sakit.
- Melakukan
product detailing
dengan penguasaan pengetahuan produk secara menyeluruh. - Berkolaborasi dengan tim sales distributor untuk memastikan
eksekusi penjualan, pemasaran, dan ketersediaan produk
. - Mengelola dan memastikan proses
listing produk di rumah sakit/klinik
berjalan dengan baik. - Memonitor, melacak, dan menindaklanjuti implementasi program rumah sakit di lapangan.
- Bertanggung jawab dalam
peningkatan transaksi outlet
dan pertumbuhan penjualan per rumah sakit maupun per produk/SKU.
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang
Ilmu Sains
(Farmasi, Biologi, Kimia, Keperawatan) atau
Manajemen Bisnis
. - Minimal

tahun pengalaman
sebagai Medical Representative, Sales Executive, atau Product Specialist di industri farmasi atau alat kesehatan dengan memiliki jaringan luas dengan rumah sakit dan dokter. - Memiliki
