What your current role should be like?
- Proven experience in building and managing strategic partnerships across industries such as F&B, Digital, Telco, and Fintech, demonstrating a strong understanding of market segmentation and partner ecosystems.

What will you do?
- Work on strategic partnership of each Ancillary Revenue projects (market research,commercial, branding, marketing communications, deal negotiations, market segmentations.
- Sourcing and executing strategic partnerships across F&B, Digital, Telco, and Fintech partners.

- Evolve business and market strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.

Requirements
What do you have?
- You have more than 6 years of relevant experience in a leadership role.
- You have good exposure to Fintech products and financial institutions, F&B, Digital, Telcos and have an understanding of financial regulations.
- You have successfully spearheaded the introduction of multiple products in markets in your previous engagements.
- You have implemented proven strategies to measure the success of product launch through market research and customer feedback.
- You have headed multiple pilot projects simultaneously with a team of passionate and talented individuals.
- You have experience in various project management methodologies and tools, and have managed end-to-end deliveries of multiple projects.
- You are experienced in creating and managing project plans, in MPP or equivalent, spanning thousands of line items, with resources and budget requirements clearly articulated.
- You are an expert in creating a work-breakdown structure and WBS dictionary, and in identifying and documenting risks and dependencies for each element.
- You preferably have PMP and/or Prince2 certifications.
- You can multitask and manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- You have a leadership DNA with proven ability to excite and lead a cross-functional team.
- You are an expert in conflict resolution and can bring everybody on the same page.
- You preferably have payment domain knowledge and have a background in an early stage product company.
