Our client is seeking a highly experienced and meticulous Senior HRIS & Payroll Systems Manager to lead their Human Resources Information Systems and payroll operations. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to manage complex HR technology systems from anywhere. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall strategy, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the HRIS and payroll platforms, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. You will lead a team of HRIS and payroll specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management. Key responsibilities include configuring HRIS modules, developing and running payroll cycles, managing system integrations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and tax regulations. You will work closely with HR business partners, IT, and finance teams to align system capabilities with organizational needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes, payroll regulations, and best practices in system administration and data management. Experience with major HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and payroll systems is essential. You will be instrumental in driving system enhancements, automating manual processes, and leveraging data analytics to provide insights into workforce trends and payroll costs. This role requires strong analytical skills, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Your ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders will be crucial for success. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can ensure our HR technology infrastructure supports the company's growth and objectives effectively.

- Oversee the administration and management of the HRIS and payroll systems.
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and upgrades of HRIS and payroll software.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of HR and payroll data.
- Manage the end-to-end payroll processing cycle for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with all local and national labor laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain HRIS and payroll policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance) to align system functionalities with business needs.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements, automation, and process improvements.
- Provide training and support to HR staff and employees on HRIS and payroll system usage.
- Analyze HR and payroll data to generate reports and provide actionable insights.
- Manage vendor relationships for HRIS and payroll software providers.
- Stay current with HR technology trends and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HRIS and payroll management.
- Proven experience with major HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and payroll processing systems.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory compliance in Indonesia.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Project management experience is a plus.
