- Collecting requirement documents for BPJS registration and termination.
- Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory exit process of terminated employee.
- Performs routine tasks required to manage interns and administration for employee. Prepare supporting data for monthly payroll (recap for loan, etc).
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR Operation.
