The Reporting & Analysis Department Head will be responsible for leading the accurate and timely preparation of tax reports, ensuring compliance with prevailing tax regulations, and providing strategic financial analysis to support the company's financial governance. Success in this role looks like consistent, error-free reporting, strong cross-functional collaboration, proactive tax risk mitigation, and insightful analysis that adds value to decision-making. This position plays a critical role in supporting corporate financial transparency and compliance, as part of the broader Finance & Accounting Division.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and delivery of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with PSAK and IFRS.
• Drive management reporting processes, including variance analysis and performance insights to support executive decision-making.
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting cycles across business units, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with corporate strategy.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulatory requirements and timely submissions to external stakeholders (e.g., OJK, Ministry of SOEs, Holding/IFG).
• Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, KPIs, and business trends to proactively identify risks or opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Risk, Treasury, Business, and Internal Audit to enhance financial data quality and reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting
