- Maintain and update employee data, contracts, and HR documentation in an accurate and timely manner
- Support HR processes such as recruitment administration, onboarding, attendance, and payroll-related documentation
- Handle expatriate (TKA) administration, including coordination of travel tickets, accommodation, and supporting documents in collaboration with the Legal team for permits/visa processes
- Prepare HR reports (daily, monthly) and provide administrative support to HR projects or initiatives

Qualifications:
