Keterampilan, Kualifikasi, dan Pengalaman yang Dibutuhkan
- Gelar sarjana atau master dalam bidang Farmasi, memiliki ijin Apoteker yang masih berlaku.
- Minimal 8 tahun pengalaman yang terbukti dalam manajemen pabrik, lebih disukai kalau pernah menjadi kepala produksi farmasi.
- Memahami proses produksi farmasi, termasuk pengetahuan tentang teknik validasi, manajemen perubahan, dan sistem manajemen kualitas.
