Job Summary:

Responsible for designing and developing products, starting from identifying customer needs, creating designs and prototypes, to conducting testing and technical documentation. This role also involves cross-department coordination and driving innovation through research and product improvement.

Job Description:

1/ Identify customer needs and define product specification based on functional and reach the target by requirements

2/ Create 2D/3D designs using CAD software and develop physical prototypes for concept testing

3/ Conduct functional and reliability tests to ensure the product meets performance standards

4/ Prepare technical document suchs as Bill of Materials an assembly instruction

5/ Participate in regular cross-department meetings to monitor project progress

6/ Conduct research on new technologies or material and implement design improvements for product enhancement

Qualification:

1/ Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical field
