  • Merencanakan dan membuat strategi operasional pabrik secara tepat untuk mendukung strategi bisnis perusahaan.
  • Memonitor dalam penyusunan rencana kerja harian departemen dibawahnya disesuaikan dengan rencana bulanan dan tahunan.
  • Memonitor dan menganalisa pencapaian produktivitas pabrik beserta rencana operasional harian dalam memenuhi target perusahaan yang sudah ditetapkan.
  • Mengevaluasi produktivitas dan kapasitas produksi pabrik.
  • Memonitor dan mengevaluasi performance dan kinerja karyawan dibawahnya
  • Menguasai teknik mesin.
  • Terbiasa melakukan lobby dengan pihak eksternal.
  • Terbiasa memimpin team dengan jumlah orang.
  • Membawahi berbagai departemen, diantaranya: produksi, Engineering, HSE, Gudang, HR & GA.
  • Memiliki SIM A dan SIM C.
  • Berdomisili di Ngawi, Jawa Timur dan sekitarnya

Major Responsibilities

  • Organize daily finance activity in plant and make sure it align with finance policy
  • Review the invoicing process and the record process in EPO
  • Manage petty cash usage in EPO and prepare the report for IFO
  • Make sure the financial process in EPO align with finance policy
  • Held quarterly finance refresher to ensure all employee update with the current policy, especially to admin in each department
  • Organize monthly closing to submit all journal and report on time and monitor the result
  • Prepare JV for monthly closing
  • Prepare data needed and circulate to each PIC
  • Submit JV on time per closing schedule
  • Prepare and distribute monthly expense report actual vs budget per department
  • Involve in Budgeting and Audit process
  • Consolidate and prepare all necessary information for planning process and all the planning schedules
  • Prepare standard cost calculation with accurate data
  • Fulfill financial request from all related parties internal and external division
  • Keep the master data for all financial report in EPO
  • Prepare report needed for financial request internal / external

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting or related discipline.
  • Prefer 4 or more years working in the Finance of Manufacturing industry or related filed or positions.
  • Good communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English
