Job Requirements:

Job Descriptions:

1. Ensure equipment of assembly lines to run normally, and enhance productivity and conformity rate of equipment. Make an assessment about equipment failures and take in charge of handling malfunctions of fixtures and equipment in assembly lines.
2. Take part in the newly introduced equipment debugging and acceptance inspection. Participate in the review and summarization of the equipment problem from trial to mass production.
3. Take in charge of training and guidance writing about the assembly equipment and fixtures.
4. Take in charge of equipment reparation and maintenance in cooperation with production department. Make the plan about monthly, quarterly, annual preventive maintenance plan.
5. Continuously improve equipment management system and maintenance rules and regulations. Push the equipment improvement system to be built, and establish the module about malfunctions analysis, statistics, maintenance.

• Responsible for training and guiding equipment operators on safety operations,TPM Check,Etc.
• Responsible for repairing in production line equipment during the production period.
• Perform equipment profesional spot checks.
• Perform secondary maitenance on the equipment
• Profide first level maintenance guidance to operators.
• Participate in the installation and debugging of new equipment

Requirements :

• College degree or above, majored in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Mechanical equipment maintenace,with experience in non-standard equipment maintenance preferred
• Familiar with Siemens PLC and able to use TIA Portal Software
• Have knowledge of MES-related concepts
• Proficient in basic equipment mintenance tools and techniques,capable of completing equipment maintenance tasks independently.
• Strong self-learning and self improvement abilities ,able to adapt to challenges in the workplace
• Able to communicate in daily English or Chinese

• Providing remote technical support and guidance to on-site technicians for troubleshooting and repair of industrial equipment.
• Utilizing remote monitoring and diagnostic software to identify potential equipment failures and performance issues.
• Interpreting complex schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to diagnose problems.
• Developing and documenting detailed troubleshooting guides and best practices for common equipment issues.
• Conducting root cause analysis for equipment failures and recommending corrective actions.
• Advising on preventative maintenance schedules and procedures based on equipment performance data.
• Collaborating with engineering and product development teams to provide feedback on equipment design and reliability.
• Training and mentoring remote or on-site personnel on equipment operation and maintenance techniques.
• Managing spare parts inventory and advising on critical component needs.
• Ensuring safety protocols are understood and followed during all remote support interactions.
• Maintaining accurate records of all support activities, diagnoses, and resolutions.

1. Pendidikan minimal SMK / SMA

2. Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai equipment maintenance di industry manufaktur injection & stamping

3. Melaksanakan perawatan rutin terhadap mesin injection dan stamping

4. Melakukan troubleshooting pada komponen mesin

5. Melakukan monitoring kondisi mesin selama produksi

6. Merawat tools kerja dan equipment terkait

7. Mengisi laporan harian pekerjaan (job sheet) dan status mesin.

8. Update kondisi mesin dan histori perbaikan.

9.Menyusun laporan kerusakan mendadak dan tindakan perbaikan.

1. Mampu membaca gambar teknik dan wiring diagram dasar.

2. Mengerti dan mampu melakukan perbaikan bangunan, peralatan kerja dan pembuatan barang penunjang produksi dan office
