Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field;
• Have minimum 2 years of working experience as Engineer in MEP role;
• Able to operate MEP design software such as Auto CAD, or similar tools;
• Understanding of MEP systems, including design principles and operational functions;
• Communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse team and manage stakeholder relationships;
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues.

Job Descriptions :

• Designing and develop MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing systems, and electrical systems;
• Assist in planning, organizing, and managing MEP projects;
• Coordinate with teams to ensure that MEP systems are integrated into the overall building design;
• Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and documentation;
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes;
• Resolve any issues that arise during the construction phase;
• Serve as a liaison between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers;
• Implement quality assurance procedures to ensure that MEP systems meet required standards;
• Maintain project documentation;
• Conduct project site visits as required.

This role is responsible for planning, mechanical drafting, and budgeting of projects involving HVAC and utility systems. The individual will manage the full project lifecycle—from design review and contractor tendering to construction execution—while ensuring compliance with approved designs, schedules, and company policies.

Resposibilities:

• Develop project plans, budgets, and mechanical drafts for HVAC and utility systems.
• Review mechanical / electrical drawings to confirm feasibility and alignment with project requirements.
• Lead and support the contractor tender process, including bid reviews and cost evaluations against site conditions.
• Manage and monitor project schedules, ensuring timely delivery in line with approved designs.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submissions, and proposed work methods.
• Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies to validate project execution.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other external parties on scheduling, technical drawings, and project handovers (BAST).
• Prepare and submit project progress reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Provide supporting data for cost estimation to ensure resource efficiency.
• Enforce adherence to company systems, procedures, and policies throughout the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineer
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in warehouse or retail store projects will be a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent design software.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with basic knowledge of Microsoft Project.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineer located in Lunyuk. The MEP Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and management of building systems related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
