Key responsibilities:
- Investigating, evaluating, and settling complex insurance claims efficiently and accurately.

A minimum of 5 years of experience as an insurance claims adjuster, with a proven track record of handling complex claims, is required. Relevant insurance certifications (e.g., CPCU, adjuster licenses) are highly preferred. Strong knowledge of insurance principles, claims investigation techniques, and legal/regulatory frameworks is essential. Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and customer service skills are critical for this remote role.
