Responsibilities:

• Review Portfolio Management Policy Monitoring policies and procedures, including: Credit Policy, Product & Services Policy, Credit Authority Procedures, Stress Test, Scoring Model, Portfolio Management Policy Monitoring
• Prepare for SOP and conduct monitoring KJPP and bankwide document monitoring (as hierarchy)
• Review policies and Procedures from all Business Unit, including: 8 type of risk, SOP, PP
• Alternate and support other reports requested by OJK or other regulatory agent
• Supporting Credit Governance & Policy under conglomeration scheme

Qualifications:

• Minimum education is Bachelor's Degree (S1)
• Minimum 5 years experience in banking specifically in Risk Management
• Good knowledge of banking product and its operations
• Understand Bank Indonesia regulations, Basel II and other related external regulations
• Having excellent analytical & communication skills

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of national and international energy policies and regulations.

• Master's or Ph.D. in Economics, Public Policy, Environmental Science, Energy Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in energy policy analysis, research, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of energy markets, economics, and technologies.
• Expertise in policy analysis methodologies and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with energy modeling software and data analysis tools is a plus.
