About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in Jakarta. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling preparations for cosmetologists to healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and aesthetic centers.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales drive, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.



Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell preparations for cosmetologists to targeted clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations and provide detailed product knowledge to clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.


Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Pharmacy, Medical, Nursing, Business, or related fields.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the cosmetic, aesthetic, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Willing to travel within the Jakarta area for client visits.

Role Description
