Job Responsibilities

Dashboard Development

• Build operational dashboards based on data marts according to business user requirements and design.
• Create interactive visualizations to support business needs (operations, credit, collection, KPI).

Data Modeling & Optimization

• Develop measures/calculations using DAX according to business requirements
• Maintenance & Support
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure dashboard performance remains optimal (refresh schedules, load time).
• Maintain Power BI workspaces and ensure user access aligns with their roles.
• Provide documentation for reports & KPI definitions.

Minimum Qualifications: Technical Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience building dashboards with Power BI.
• Experience in the financial sector is preferred.
• Proficient in Power BI Desktop & Power BI Service.
• Advanced DAX for complex measures and calculations is preferred.
• Familiar with Power Query (for light data transformation).
• Understanding of Row Level Security (RLS).
• Experience in developing dashboards for operational monitoring and KPI tracking.

Soft Skills

Job Description - Power BI Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources (databases, APIs, files, etc.).
• Build efficient and optimized data models to support business analytics needs.
• Develop custom DAX (DAX) measures and calculations for data visualization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into data solutions.
• Validate and ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency used in reports.
• Optimize dashboard performance and ensure data security and access control.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for dashboards, data flows, and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a BI Developer / Data Analyst / Data Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI (Power BI Desktop & Power BI Service).
• Proficient in SQL and relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

Job Description

• Develop Power BI Data Model and Report (web dashboard, mobile, or self-service cube)
• Ability to extract, transform, and load data into PBI Data Set
• Visualize data in innovative ways to communicate complex concepts that tell a story in a simple way through graphs, charts, infographics, dashboards, and geographic visualization techniques
• Partake in FGD sessions with User and rapidly produce prototypes using sketches, mockups, and BI visualization tools
