Job Description

Provide and carry out planning, scheduling, and execution of all mechanical and plant equipment activities as required, including continuous improvement of equipment functionality and reliability. Ensure both short-term and long-term operational reliability through the application of sound principles and best practices. This role supports the power plant and power systems in achieving safety, efficiency, production, and financial objectives, while delivering the electrical energy required to meet customer needs in mining and milling operations.

  9. Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with safety and housekeeping procedures to meet Coal Plant safety goals.

Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering with 2-3 years of related experience as a Mechanical Engineer, preferably in power plant commissioning with extensive practical experience in power systems and diesel generator maintenance.

  1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (D3) with 6-10 years of relevant experience.

  2. Senior Technical High School graduate with over 10 years of experience in diesel generator preventive maintenance and power systems.

Knowledge and Skills:
1. Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering, including component preparation and system maintenance.
