Tanggung Jawab Kerja
Bertanggung jawab merawat lingkungan kantor, melakukan pengadaan dan manajemen barang kantor, serta mendukung seluruh proses rapat atau kegiatan perusahaan—semua untuk memastikan operasional sehari-hari berjalan lancar tanpa hambatan.
Berpartisipasi dalam pembuatan dan optimasi sistem serta proses administrasi, memantau pelaksanaan proses tersebut, dan mengumpulkan umpan balik dari tim untuk perbaikan berkelanjutan.
Mengelola anggaran administrasi secara terpadu, menghubungi sumber daya internal (antar departemen) dan eksternal (pemasok), serta menjaga pencocokan efisien antara manusia, uang, dan barang guna maksimalkan kinerja.
Menkoordinasikan komunikasi internal dan eksternal: menyampaikan informasi perusahaan kepada seluruh karyawan, menanggapi permintaan atau masukan karyawan, menghubungi instansi pemerintah atau mitra bisnis, dan menjaga hubungan publik yang baik.
Melaksanakan langkah pencegahan risiko keamanan (seperti keamanan api, pengelolaan kerahasiaan data), menangani insiden administrasi mendadak, dan memastikan stabilitas operasional organisasi.
Persyaratan
Memiliki pengalaman terkait administrasi kantor, dan memahami seluruh alur proses tugas administrasi.
Mampu berkomunikasi dengan lancar menggunakan Bahasa Mandarin dan Bahasa Indonesia; memiliki kemampuan koordinasi, optimasi proses, dan penyelesaian masalah yang kuat.
Memiliki sifat teliti dan bertanggung jawab, serta mampu menangani beberapa tugas secara bersamaan (multitasking) dengan baik.
Mahir menggunakan perangkat lunak Office (seperti Word, Excel, PowerPoint) untuk pekerjaan sehari-hari.
