Position Summary
The Machine Operator assists with the setup, calibration, and operation of machines used in production processes. This role inspects machine operations and finished product against specified tolerances using precision measuring tools and determines and corrects minor machine malfunctions.

Job Responsibilities

• Unloads parts and inspects for quality and performs equipment set-up.
• Operates various equipment to meet production and business needs.
• Maintains stock of material and machine parts for equipment.
• Determine parts to be manufactured based upon production, orders and stock.

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred
• 3+ years of previous machine operating experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
• Basic degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

5. Melakukan pengecekan kualitas hasil potongan sesuai standar perusahaan.
6. Melakukan pemeliharaan harian dan troubleshooting ringan pada mesin CNC Router.

8. Melaporkan progress kerja, kendala teknis, serta kebutuhan perawatan mesin kepada atasan.

Kualifikasi

• Pendidikan minimal SMK/D3 Teknik Mesin, Manufaktur, atau bidang terkait.
• Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Operator CNC Router, diutamakan di industri kayu/furniture/custom.
• Mampu membuat dan mengedit program CNC (CAD/CAM, G-code).
• Memahami proses produksi kayu, material, serta karakteristik pemotongan.
• Mampu menyusun jadwal dan mengatur prioritas kerja.

About the role

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining state-of-the-art CNC machines to support our production of high-quality prefabricated building components.

What you'll be doing

1. Operate CNC Plasma Cutting machines safely and efficiently to produce components with tight tolerances according to technical specifications.
2. Able to produce by determining the most efficient material layout cutting parameters.
3. Carefully monitor the production process, perform necessary machine adjustments and calibrations.
4. Doing routine quality inspections at every stage of production to ensure results meet standards.
5. Doing periodic maintenance on machines (preventive maintenance), machine tools, and related equipment to ensure optimal conditions.
6. Collaborate with other production teams to ensure a smooth workflow.
7. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the production area.

What we're looking for

1. Fresh graduate or experienced in the field of steel manufacturing.
2. Able to read technical drawings and create technical drawings.
3. Understand the basics of CNC programming.
4. Able to create, read, and edit CNC programs (G-code).
5. Proficient in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Sheetcam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
6. Able to use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc.

Job responsibilities:

• Maintain operational excellent aspect of packing line efficiency with the set plan and escalate any deviation from standard or plan
• Accountable for the achievement of packer and worker in delivering highest Safety, Quality and Efficiency standards throughout the packing activity for the day.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation duties with the packer and worker as required by the Master Sanitation Schedule with particular attention to lockout/tag out and confined space entry when required
• Actively participate in Operational processes that support the improvement of our business performance
• Manage the packer and worker effectively during packing activity – have the mindset to see gap and take immediate action during packing activity
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment that promotes all people within packing area safety and product integrity before, during and after packing activity
• Inspect the quality of product being packed to ensure the standards are met and do machine adjustment when needed.
• Comply to all factory policies and adapt to changes as assigned
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelors degree in mechatronic major
• Minimum 1 year experience as a automatic packing operator (Fresh Graduate is welcome)
• Have the knowledge of 5S, GMP, and Kaizen
• Confidence on written and spoken in English
• Willing to be place in Cikande, Serang, Banten
