YOUR ROLE AS A:
As a Procurement Executive in Indonesia AirAsia, you will handle purchasing activities for goods and services while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Support supplier evaluation, purchase order issuance, and vendor registration to meet quality and regulatory standards. WHAT YOU'LL CHAMPION:
Functional Responsibility & Duties
- Perform Procurement duties for goods and services required by users
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of suppliers, products, and services on the basis of the ability to meet the company's requirements, including the quality system and regulatory requirements, in accordance with the documented procedures.
- Support in issuing Purchase Orders approval and Purchase Orders according to the company's departmental policies and procedures
- Provide timely, accurate, and complete reports as needed for the purchases
- Support to achieve the Procurement Dept's goals, including savings, compliance, and risk management
- Support to secure compliance of Suppliers to contracted terms & conditions

WHO YOU ARE:
- Min. 5 years of experience in sourcing and procurement, with min. 2 years as a leader or similar position; preferably gained experience in the assigned category, working in multinational FMCG companies
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, finance/accounting, and/or relevant; an MBA is a plus
- Strong negotiation and commercial thinking skills, able to understand procurement contracts and their deliverables
- Able to prioritize, focus, persevere, manage time well, and aim to deliver from start to finish (good project management skills), while being tolerant and having patience with people
- Detail-oriented, creative, analytical, and good with numbers and analysis tools (MS-Excel /Google Sheet)
- Experience with Best Practice Procurement Analysis and Strategy Development tools to identify saving opportunities; Experience with continuous improvement is a plus
- Positive with self and others, good in relationship management, and able to influence others
- Have integrity, be ethical, respectful, and service-minded; be able to collaborate with others from different cultures with different values, and be excellent in providing customer service and stakeholder management
