Job Description:

• Plan & execute market research initiative to identify consumer trends and behavior. Based on general guidelines from Province Lead SKALA NTT, this position will be under the coordination and supervision of the Provincial Engagement Specialist (PES-DNA) and responsible to Provincial Lead SKALA NTT, for the following matters:

Essential

• Master's degree in Statistics, Government/Public Administration, Economics, Development Studies, Statistics or related fields with a minimum of 7 years' experience in data analysis, research, data science including its utilization in local planning and budgeting.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting program implementation that utilizes data digitization (information systems) for evidence-based planning and budgeting.
• Proficiency in data processing tools such as Microsoft Excel, Stata, SAS, Tableau, Metabase, Google Data Studio or Python, including the ability to manipulate and transform data, conduct exploratory data analysis, and apply statistical model.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and statistical software packages (e.g., Excel, STATA, SPSS) for dataset analysis.
• Proven ability in SQL, data visualization, and dashboard development.
• Extensive experience in developing or supporting government regulations and policies, especially in NTT regarding data management.
