About the role
Block Solutions Indonesia is looking for an organized and technically skilled Production Lead to manage the injection moulding factory operations. This role will oversee production staff, optimize processes, and ensure product quality in support of our mission to deliver eco-friendly building solutions.
What you'll be doing
- Manage daily operations of the injection moulding factory and production team
- Develop and refine SOPs, production workflows, and quality control procedures
- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain to maintain inventory and smooth production flow
- Monitor production KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide hands-on technical support and machine maintenance as needed
- Collaborate with senior management on operational planning and reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and manufacturing standards
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (preferred) or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years' experience in manufacturing or production management, ideally in injection moulding or plastics
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with injection moulding processes and basic equipment maintenance
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and production/ERP systems
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; good working knowledge of English
- Local Lombok candidates are a plus
